Help us find the problem

Include the game name, device and operating system, app version, what happened and what you expected. Your player code and an optional screenshot can help. Remove personal information from screenshots and never include passwords, verification codes or sign-in tokens.

Account access and progress

Use the same linked Google or Apple account to return to your online player account. Local demo progress is separate from online progress. If you cannot sign in, describe the error and tell us which game you were using.

Privacy and account deletion

You can request account and associated data deletion without reinstalling the game. Open the Account and data deletion link below or email support. Account deletion concerns the shared Solve the Word account across its games; signing out or uninstalling is different.
